Motivation without action is still considered standing still

Whenever we are feeling down or lost we could use motivation from others to make us feel better and inspired.  However just because you feel better doesn’t mean that the problem went away.  You have to use that temporary surge of energy to act right away.  Whether it be you writing down goals, identifying steps that need to be taken, or doing what needs to be done.  You have to be productive and take action or else that motivation is wasted and you’re still standing still.
